ELV - End of Life Vehicles
| Step 1 | All vehicles (ELV's) are first inspected to make sure there are no hazardous materials inside i.e. gas bottles, petrol cans, aerosol cans and any other flammable materials.
| Step 2 | All tyres and batteries are removed.
| Step 3 | All vehicles are then moved to our depollution bays. These bays are in a special area linked to an interceptor drainage system which protects the environment against contamination.
| Step 4 | After leaving the depollution area we remove any high value spare parts which then go to our spares department for resale.
| Step 5 | The engine and gearbox is then removed. The vehicle is now ready for bailing which is carried out by our Lefort shear/bailer.
